five days in prague to find out what a real pilsner tastes like, appreciate a half-foam pour (schnitt), get an introduction to knedliky (potato dumplings) and one of the best looking city skylines i’ve ever laid eyes on. prague is a seriously gorgeous city and its nickname of ‘city of a hundred spires’ is a major understatement. i wish i had more mobile days to explore town with j-lo who guided us around town when i wasn’t laid up in bed.
