latvia in pictures: when in doubt, just look up

knowing very little of latvia, we made a budget-friendly decision to book our train to riga while in warsaw the previous week and were treated to a week of art nouveau architecture, cheap but dressed up meals, a history lesson from the soviet times and a scenic bike ride through sigulda. our early research led us to believe that all travelers would get extorted for cash so i’d say our week turned out pretty good lol
