well that r&r that i’ve been crying about for weeks has finally happened. i’m leaving el nido feeling recharged and ready to hit the road once my leg heals up. i forgot how easy it is to fall asleep in hot weather but in this 30+ degree heat, i’m half asleep as soon as i eat a handful of rice. for anyone planning a trip to palawan i would definitely recommend staying at sei naczioni (six nations) cottages. it’s on the outskirts of el nido proper which is still just a five minute walk to the beach.
